Airbnb Media plan

This project on Airbnb was created for a media planning class. My team developed insights on a target audience and designed a digital-first media plan to connect with them.

PR Council Article

As part of the Agency Roles and Responsibility class with Professor Ron Culp, classmate Brinn Heffron and I created this newsletter to showcase our work about the PR Council. We researched the organization and wrote a feature that highlighted the organization’s diversity and inclusion efforts, member benefits and reasons why some agencies might not want to join. We interviewed PR Council President Kim Sample and Founder of GreenTarget Aaron Schoenherr for this project, who shared their view on the PR Council and the benefits membership offers.

2018 Elections

I collaborated with other public relations students and journalism students on a social listening research project on social media conversations surrounding the local and national elections for Univision Chicago. We sifted through data collected using Crimson Hexagon and found Chicago voters thought the national elections were more interesting than local elections. The data showed voters discussed health care the most and showed general encouragement to vote democrat regardless of the candidate. We analyzed and discussed our insights live during Univision Chicago’s midday newscast on Facebook.
